At Coastal Boomerang, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can easily return your items within our return window.
Overview of our returns policy
- Return period: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send items back.
- Item condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Easy process: Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Return costs
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: No cost to you. This applies if your item is damaged in transit, faulty, or if you received the wrong product.
- Change of mind (including wrong size or no longer wanting the item): Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return an item
1: Contact us: Email support@coastalboomerang.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2: Get return instructions: We’ll send you a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions.
3: Repack your item: Place the item securely in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
4: Send it back: Post the parcel using the method provided in your return authorisation email.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or item? Get in touch with us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange quickly and easily.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
