How to return an item

2 Get return instructions
We will send you a return authorisation and clear instructions.

3 Repack your item
Place the item securely in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

4 Send it back
Post the parcel using the method provided in your return authorisation email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour or item, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange.

Non returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
